Creditors voluntary liquidation
FerrierSilvia may be appointed a creditors’ voluntary liquidator where:
- A company’s directors and shareholders resolve to liquidate the company.
- Creditors vote for liquidation following a voluntary administration.
- There is a terminated Deed of Company Arrangement.
